Within our unit, a cohort of 100 dedicated volunteers, under the guidance of our Programme Officer and Unit Head, forms the bedrock of our NSS community. These volunteers, a diverse ensemble of passionate individuals, unite under the common purpose of service to society. Organized into various ranks based on their dedication and contribution, this vibrant collective embodies the essence of altruism and commitment.

From the enthusiastic Junior Volunteers, just beginning their journey and dedicated Associate Volunteers, who have expended hours, each rank signifies a level of involvement and dedication. The Senior Volunteers, showcase considerable experience, while the Anchor Volunteers, exemplify leadership and steadfast commitment. At the pinnacle, the Master Volunteers, having served 201 hours or more, stand as paragons of dedication and impactful contribution.

Under the Unit Head's guidance, these ranks operate harmoniously, blending diverse talents and experiences to execute multifaceted projects. Their classification into distinct ranks serves not only as a recognition of their dedication but also as a strategic approach to channel their collective efforts effectively towards societal betterment.
